The short answer is NO.
You have probably seen videos on the internet of functional fitness competitions where people, looking like the Incredible Hulk, are flipping over tires and lifting an insane amount of weight. You are probably saying to yourself, "I could never do that," or are worried about getting hurt. If this extreme level of fitness is your goal, we can certainly help you to get there. However, our main goal is to help the average person reach a high level of fitness that will make them strong and confident as they go about their daily lives. Our dedicated coaches walk every person through each class and exercise to guard against injuries and scale each workout to your individual fitness level. We have a very supportive community of all fitness levels and all walks of life. We cheer each other on as we all get stronger together.
