About lauren

Lauren grew up in Brandon, MS and attended Brandon High School. She dedicated twelve years of her life to competitive gymnastics where she held state titles and qualified and competed in regionals four times in her career. After graduation, she attended a gap year in Pine Mountain, GA, and for a month in Brasilia, Brazil, where she was trained by Chick-fil-a founders in servant leadership and biblical worldview. From 2018-2021, she earned her degree from Mississippi College. Upon graduating, she continued working at Lululemon and became a Key Leader at the Renaissance at Colony Park Pop-up. In 2022, she joined Coyote Fitness Flowood as a coach. Lauren's goal is to help people recognize their worth while being able to live fuller lives through community, health, and fitness.
