Membership Agreements

No Contract

• 28 days in length. Will auto-renew every 28 days unless given written notification 7 days in advance of renewal.

One Year Agreement

• Bills every 28 days. May not be terminated at any time during the one year period. Hold may not be placed at any time during one year period. Past due payments will be sent to collections after a 30 day period.

Billing

• No refunds will be given for any reason

• All membership payments must be made through ACH draft. There will be a 3% fee added for credit card transactions.
