PERSONAL TRAINING
Our Personal Training option is for people who are more comfortable working out in a more intimate setting, or people who want to spend time working with a coach on a specific skill or goal. Each Personal Training session will be 1 on 1 with a coach (or 2 on 1 if desired) and will be completely tailored for each person. Personal Training sessions are available in 30 minute or 1 hour increments and can be purchased one at a time or in 12 session packs. Our Personal Training sessions can be scheduled completely around each person's schedule. Personal Training is a great option for those people who really want to move at their own pace in an intimate setting.
