We will start the class with a hang power clean. You have 10 minutes to work, and the goal for the performance and competition is to find a max for the day. For the fitness the goal is to work on technique and good form as the weight gets heavier. The workout is a burner. The push presses are light so try to move through these in big sets. For the burpees try to finish strong and leave it all out there.
