30 minute EMOM

minute 1-row for cals

minute 2-box step ups

minute 3-bike for cals

minute 4-squats

minute 5-burpees to 6"

*partner 1 works first 30 seconds, partner 2 works second 30 seconds

Notes:

All three tracks will be doing the same workout today.  In this partner workout the first partner will work for 30 seconds, and then the second partner will work the next 30 seconds.  Every minute you will rotate stations, and your score is your total reps.
