Notes:

We will start the day by testing our jerk.  Take your time warming up and build to a max in 5-7 singles.  Try to set a new PR!  The workout will be a 5 round couplet where the goal is to do relatively fast singles on the clean and jerks and try to stay unbroken on the wall balls.  Push your transitions on this and empty the tank.
