Notes:

For the snatch portion only add weight if your technique is solid.  If you aren't comfortable with the movement then spend 15 minutes practicing your technique.  If you feel good then you can go for a new PR.  The workout should be a fast paced workout so pick a weight that you feel like you could do at least 10 reps in a row if you had to.  Leave it all out there on the bike at the end.
