What advice would you give someone just starting at Coyote?

Start slow and scale movements until you’re ready

Do you have any special memories/achievements during your time at Coyote?

I’ve loved getting to meet new people at the gym.

Been married to Ron for 14 years and we have 3 kids...Will (12) Livie (10) and Charlotte (7)

 

What were your thoughts after your first WOD?

It was one of the best workouts I had ever had.

What were your goals when you joined Coyote?

I wanted to stay in shape

Have you achieved any of these goals?

Yes...I’m in some of the best shaped I’ve ever been in.

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Cheeseburger and French fries

Anything with thrusters
